US Airways has just announced the expansion of its services to Barbados. Starting October 1st 2009, US Airways will fly to Barbados four days a week, and then offer a daily service for the winter season, beginning December 19th 2009.

This new non stop service from the airlines Philadelphia Hub will allow for great connecting services from all US cities, and will be a great addition to the service already offered by US Airways largest hub in Charlotte, North Carolina.

October 1st also sees the start of the new JetBlue Airways route from New York (JFK) to Barbados
